Terms of Service for Evergreen Insights LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of evergreeninsightsconsulting.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Evergreen Insights LLC ("I," "me," or "my"), owned by Sarah Frasher. By using the Site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use them.

1. Services

  • I offer consulting services, as described on the Site. Services are provided on a contract basis; details (scope, deliverables, timelines) will be outlined in a separate agreement.

2. Use of the Site

  • You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Do not copy content without permission or interfere with functionality.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing starts at $125/hour for custom work, with tiers, as described on the Site. Payment via due upon agreement in accordance with agreed upon terms. No refunds for completed work.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Site content is my property; you get a limited license for personal use. Deliverables (e.g., reports) are yours upon payment, but I retain rights to general methods.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is." I make no warranties; I'm not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Total liability limited to fees paid.

6. Termination

  • I may terminate access for violations. You can stop services per agreement.

7. Governing Law

8. Changes
